This piece features voids in the sapwood to reveal the hardwood, and a couple of small branches that have been cut off.
 This is a 30cm / 12" Cottage Mill® in Ash.
This piece features a void in the sapwood to reveal the cavity inside, where I've installed a food grade plastic liner to avoid peppercorns or salt from leaking out.
