One of six (#1) from the Spalted Maple branch so amazing that I posted the branch on my Instagram page.

This one has beautifully contrasting shades of brown on one side, and almost completely uniform cream colour on the other side. In addition, cool knurls and an amazing void in the sapwood to reveal the heartwood.
Maple sometimes goes through a "spalting" process where a mould gets under the bark and slowly transforms the colour and density into a cream and black, and lightweight..
There's only one in the world like this one.
All my mills have an adjustable ceramic Crushgrind® mechanism, with a 25 year guarantee.
