Arguably the most over engineered grinder on the planet. This grinder is made from four components. First, and inline site tube made with glass and airplane grade aluminum. Add to that custom designed and 3D printed inserts at the top on the bottom (here in the red version), a modern car door window handle, and the best mechanism in the world inside, the 25-year guaranteed ceramic adjustable CrushGrind mechanism.
The base cap screws on and off to do two things: keep residual salt or pepper from falling on the table after setting it down, and a cup to grind into before unscrewing it and applying to your food if you like that method. Of course the screw cap base can be removed and you can grind your salt or spices directly onto your food.
Pretty damn cool if I do say so myself.
